BIOGRAFISCHE ECKDATEN

Born and raised in Germany, I grew up in Koenigsbrunn, a small city next to Augsburg in Bavaria. While studying to become a teacher, I was coaching American Football and chased my dream and passion to become a professional coach in the USA.

After several internships at the pro and college level and two years of coaching at The University of Texas at El Paso, my journey led me to Japan where I worked as a professional coach. During this time, I discovered the power of breathing.

Through breathwork I experienced a massive change in my life and found more clarity and calmness in stressful situations. After my return to Germany, I became a certified Yin Yoga Teacher and also a certified Breathwork Facilitator. Living and coaching in different countries helped me to connect with people all over the world.

I am passionate about teaching breathwork and helping others to transform their lives for the better. My sessions are held in German, English and Spanish.
